Your new ride on toy will be in excellent working condition.
We offer 6 months warranty on all parts. So if something is not working as it should, we’ll replace the part for you.
The warranty period is from the date of purchase and lasts for 6 months, and is only for domestic use.
Batteries and charges are not covered under our warranty agreement as these can be damaged by the user if the charging guidelines are not followed.
Cars damaged due to incorrect use (like riding on sand, in water, incorrect and deliberate misuse) are not covered under warranty.
The customer is responsible for returning the faulty item to us. If the part is faulty A1 Cars For Kids will pay to have the replacement part returned to customer.
